What "qualified" means

A lead is qualified — and billable at the flat $400 — only when all of these are true:

Plus a disclosure flag (not a disqualifier): if the family hasn't yet identified a caregiver, the lead is still qualified and is delivered with a note — under the Home Help Program the family identifies the caregiver; the agency does not supply one.

If a lead fails any required item, it isn't qualified, isn't billed, and is replaced with another qualified lead.

We do not verify Medicaid enrollment, and we don't promise enrollment or eligibility approval — eligibility is determined by Medicaid, not by HomeCare Leads.

How is your fee structured?
