What "qualified" means

A lead is qualified — and billable at the flat $400 — only when all of these are true:

Medicaid (self-reported). The family states the person needing care is on Michigan Medicaid. We ask at intake; we do not verify enrollment, and the lead is marked as self-reported.
Genuine care need. A real person needs in-home care and the family wants to pursue the Home Help Program — not a price-shopper or job-seeker.
Michigan county. The family is located in one of the 83 Michigan counties.
Reachable + consented contact. A verified phone number, with the family's confirmation that they want the matched agency to contact them.
Fresh + exclusive. Not a duplicate of a lead already delivered to any agency.

Plus a disclosure flag (not a disqualifier): if the family hasn't yet identified a caregiver, the lead is still qualified and is delivered with a note — under the Home Help Program the family identifies the caregiver; the agency does not supply one.

If a lead fails any required item, it isn't qualified, isn't billed, and is replaced with another qualified lead.

We do not verify Medicaid enrollment, and we don't promise enrollment or eligibility approval — eligibility is determined by Medicaid, not by HomeCare Leads.

Are you a home care agency?

No. HomeCare Leads is a marketing and lead-generation service. We do not provide care, employ caregivers, or bill Medicaid. We connect Medicaid-approved home care agencies with families seeking the Michigan Home Help Program.

How is your fee structured?

A flat marketing-services fee of $400 per qualified lead, regardless of outcome. It is not a referral fee, a commission, a success fee, or a share of Medicaid revenue, and it does not change based on whether the family enrolls.

How does the prepaid order work?

You prepay for a block of qualified leads sized to the caregiver capacity you can serve. We deliver against that order. You can start with a small block and scale up as you grow.

What if a lead doesn't qualify?

It doesn't count against your order. We replace it with another qualified lead — credited in leads, not cash — so you receive the full count of qualified leads you prepaid for.

Is each lead exclusive?

Yes. Each qualified family is delivered to one partner agency on an exclusive basis. We don't resell or recycle leads.

How do you decide which agency receives a lead?

Routing is based on objective criteria — geographic match and partner agency capacity. It is not based on which agency pays more or converts at a higher rate.

What do I need to start receiving leads?

Active Michigan Medicaid Home Help enrollment and a signed MSA and BAA.
